Farewell Song
By Janis Joplin

I realized, like one year later, that I never made a proper good-bye from xanga, so i decided to write one. Not that I expect anyone to read it or even comment on it; it doesn't matter.

So many things have happened since i last updated, many of which I'd prefer to forget, others i will never be able to. Friends lost, friends gained: yet it never really evens out in the end.

No words of wisdom, nothing you want hear at least. You already know it won't get any worse, whether or not it gets any better depends solely on you, and you alone.

I can remember when i first made this, and looking back, it was dumb. So many emotions wasted, but no regrets.

It's not you, it's me xanga....i'm sorry but it's over.

Since it's been a while, and since this week has been utter hell for me, i decided to update.

FLTrip 04 was everything we expected it to be: odd tan lines ,  hardrock guys (good story, but you'll need to ask for it), a near fainting - my fault entirely, car oodles (which led to many classic quotes "Peter, have you wet your knickers?" "Who's touching my glasses" "Why won't my window go down, Did I Break it?" and the famous: "I just drooled on myself....It's 1:30 in the morning") not to mention numerous occasions of locking our door so we could secretly eat ice cream and watch Beauty and the Beast. Marissa didn't meet tigger, and i never actually met Spidey, although i saw him on his moped thingy and he saved my life on the 3-d ride...but we did kill Jaws and some Aliens too.

After we came home from disney, via the sick Song planes, we had a cute family cookout, with s'mores and a rinky-dink fire compliments of my brother. My grandma shocked us all, with her attempts to explain the "birds and the bees"...i don't even know how that came up? but yeah that's my family. Riss and Mike came over for the festivities...and we watched the Rundown, not a great movie, but some memorable lines. Actually no, because they were funny at the time, but i can't even remember why or what they were. Oh well.

The rest of my week = work and The Notebook again, twice . I live a sweet life, seriously.

wow. So far my highlight of the summer is The Notebook. Great movie, a true chick flick. Noah Calhoun aka Ryan Gossling is...no words. But one still has to admit it's pretty lame that this movie has been the sole high point to my summer.

Everyday seems the same to me..blaaaaaaaaaaah i hate it. (Where's my fricken spice?)

i can't wait for FlTrip04 (1 week) since riss and i can be outcasts in another state! woo-hoo, and because we have a killer summer soundtrack.<3 the beach boys.

my tan = almost non-existent. But summer shopping spree went down on Monday. (Jacket, i miss you.)

Other than Saturday, i'm not working til wednesday, so start planning, i book up fast. psssh.

I have a job! yeah, i'm a Heidi's girl. i <3 ice cream. so stop in and visit some time...maybe i'll spit in your sundae! Jyust don't get Cotton Candy, cause there are some funny rock thingys in it, i think it's hardend sugar?!

two days left in the kilt! <3NDA. no seriously, it's a pretty happening place on Monday mornings at 7:30. There's about 500 bazillion large coffees from Marylous, and about two thousand plain bagels. i say only two thousand, cause then you have those girls who just don't eat.

My sister's in the new seventeen, the one with the olsen twins, who are turning 18!!!!!! i can't wait. i mean, to see my sister.

who wants to go see Harry with me? i'm a freaking geek, i can't wait to see Hagrid... cause i like 'em tall and hairy.

that's it for about a week, cause i have finals and that's when i go into my hole. and die?...no study. same thing
